These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mantra Dose website, our products, and any related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Mantra Dose ("Mantra," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our products are dietary and functional-mushroom supplements intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to purchase from us. Certain products or destinations may carry a higher age requirement, and the store may present an age-verification gate before you enter or check out.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale unless you have a separate written wholesale agreement with us.

We work to describe and display our gummies, capsules, chocolate, and other products as accurately as possible, including ingredients, serving sizes, and potency. Colors, packaging, and finished appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the site. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a violation of these Terms.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices, promotions, and product offerings at any time before you place an order.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we accept the order and dispatch the goods.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

We ship to eligible destinations as indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

It is your responsibility to confirm that our products may lawfully be shipped to and received at your destination. We may be unable to fulfil orders to certain regions and will refund an order that cannot be lawfully or practically delivered.

Because our products are consumable supplements, we can generally only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Contact us with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Our products are functional-mushroom and botanical dietary supplements. These statements and products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The information on this site is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you agree not to:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and providing a link does not imply our endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

Except as expressly stated by us or required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantra and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mantra and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
